Do I need to book a tour or can I just stop by?

We request that everyone book a tour please. You can book a tour here.

Is the ceremony area indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony can be held indoors or outdoors, so we can accommodate your party preference or any weather conditions.

What is the maximum amount of guests for my event?

250 is the maximum amount of guests present at the venue at any time.

What time will I have access to the venue for decorating or dressing?

Guests will have access to the venue the day before to decorate and rehearse.

What is the cost for an event and does Ever After allow for multiple day bookings?

Pricing is discussed here . Yes, we do allow one day bookings, two day bookings, and three day bookings if all dates are open.

Is there a food and drink, or a guest count minimum?

No. We do not require a food and beverage contract or a minimum guest count.

What is the average budget for a couple booking a wedding with Ever After?

The average budget for couples is between $8,000-$12,000 considering venue, local catering options, decorations, etc..

When is the first payment due?

The first payment of $1000 will be due at the time of the contract signing. This payment will be required before your date is reserved.

How do you reserve a date?

To reserve a date just email EAWeddingVenue@gmail.com with the date you would like to reserve. If the date is still available, we will start the contract process immediately. You do not need to book a tour to reserve a date. All reservations of open dates will be on a first come first serve bases.

Will there be any same day weddings?

No. We reserve your date for you, and only you.

In the case of rain, is there a backup plan?

Yes, on a rainy day we will be able to hold the wedding inside the 4000 sq foot barn area. The barn will accommodate 250 guest safely.

Can the property be rented for other events?

Yes, it can be rented for anything you may want. Birthday parties, receptions, wedding showers, graduation parties, or even a business party.

If available we may rent out the venue for parties or reunions. Fridays and Saturdays will not be booked more than 30 days in advance. See more here.
